We are located right over by the old petrol pump in Basharatpur. If you know where Dr. Devesh Gupta’s place is, we are basically right in front of that. It’s a busy little area in Gorakhpur. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, handling food and kitchen stuff. Cooking is a lot of work, especially when you're doing it for a lot of people at once. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen, prepping vegetables and making sure the spices are just right. It’s hot work, but someone has to do it. We don’t have a big fancy website or a marketing team. Most people just find us by walking by or hearing about us from a neighbor. We keep the pots scrubbed and the ingredients fresh. That's the main thing. Sometimes things get chaotic when a big order comes in last minute, but we manage. Gorakhpur is a good place to work. People here know what they like to eat. We don't try to be anything we're not. We're just a local catering crew making sure the food is ready on time. We use the recipes we've known for years. Nothing too complicated, just solid meals. If you're looking for us, look for the old petrol pump landmark. We’re usually there early in the morning starting the day’s prep. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours, but it’s what we do. We like the bustle of a big kitchen when everyone is working together.
