You can find us in Rangjuli which is in the Goalpara district. Rangman Farmers Producer Company Limited is a local group made up of people who live and work right here in the village. We do not have a fancy building or a big sign out front. We just meet up in the village and talk about our crops and what needs to be done. Most of us have been farmers all our lives. We know what it is like to work from sunrise to sunset and still wonder if we will make enough to get by. That is why we started this whole thing. We wanted to have a bit more control over how we sell what we grow and how we buy our supplies. In Goalpara the weather can be tough sometimes but the people are tougher. We help each other out with seeds and tools when someone is running short. Being a company is still a bit new to us. There are a lot of rules to follow and forms to fill out which can be frustrating when you just want to be outside in the dirt. But we are getting used to it slowly. We do not have any big slogans or goals other than just doing a good job with our farming every day. We are just honest people trying to do right by our families and the land.
