Marble Point

At Marble Point, we operate out of H.No.542, specifically at Ubo Dando Plot No.56. This is inside the Pilerne Ind. Estate in Pilerne Bardez. We are right along National Highway No 17, so the location is pretty easy to find if you are driving toward Panjim. We’re also quite near Luis & Co., which is a good landmark for people who don't know the estate that well. Our yard is full of different types of stone. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and managing the space so trucks can get in and out. The highway noise is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a while. We spend the day showing people different slabs and explaining how they might look once they're installed. There is always a layer of stone dust on everything, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of the business. We keep the office simple and focus more on what’s happening out in the yard. Sometimes the weather makes it tough to work outside, but we manage. The industrial estate is a busy place with a lot of different trades going on around us. We’ve been here at Plot No.56 for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or locals who are doing up their homes. It’s straightforward work and we like being part of the Pilerne community. We just keep our heads down and handle the stone orders.
