L&L Builders

Our office for L&L Builders is located right in the middle of Margao at the District Headquarter. If you are hungry, you will find us easily because we are right above the KFC. It is a very busy area, especially being so close to the South Goa bus stand. You can hear the buses and the traffic all day long. We spend our time here looking at plans and talking about construction projects. The walls are mostly covered with drawings and maps of different sites. It is a practical space, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks and a lot of folders. Working in building and construction means we are often out on-site, but this is where the planning happens. People come by to talk about their houses or new projects they have in mind. Being near the bus stand makes it easy for people from outside town to find us. We have been in Margao for a while now and know the local area quite well. Sometimes the smells from the restaurant downstairs make us hungry before lunchtime. It is just a regular office where we try to get things built right. We handle the paperwork and the permits and all that stuff that goes into making a building. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we have the fans going. We just do our work and hope the buildings stand strong. That is how it goes here for our small team.
