Our company is based in Alidar, which is in the Kodinar area of Junagadh. We are set up at Oghadbhai Masaribhai’s place. It’s a group of us farmers who joined together to make things a bit easier for everyone in the village. Being a producer company means we all have a stake in how things go. We don't have a big fancy headquarters. Most of our meetings happen sitting outside or in a simple room where we can escape the sun for a bit. We talk about the crops, the prices, and what we need for the next season. It’s a practical way to run things. We are all from around here, so we know the land and the problems that come with it. Some days the insects are bad, and other days the rain doesn't show up when it should. We just deal with those things together. We don't have any slick brochures or marketing people. We just use our own experience to make decisions. It’s a local effort. If you come to Alidar and ask for us, anyone will tell you where we are. We are just regular people trying to make a living from the ground. It’s not always easy, but we keep at it because it’s what we know. That is the whole story of our group. We just do the work.
