If you come down to the Sahibabad Industrial Area, you will find Zenith Weaving String Pvt. Ltd. at 4/27 in Site 4. You will probably hear the machines before you actually see the door. We have been running these weaving units for a long time and the noise is just part of the background for us now. It is a dusty, loud environment but there is a rhythm to it that we all understand. We make strings and various woven materials that go out to all sorts of other factories. It is basic work but it requires a lot of attention to make sure the tension is right and the machines do not jam up. The staff here is mostly local guys who have learned the trade on the job. We do not have a fancy boardroom. Our meetings usually happen standing up on the factory floor while we look at the output. Site 4 is a tough area with a lot of trucks and heavy industry, and we fit right in. We focus on the daily production numbers and making sure the maintenance is done on the weekends. We are not interested in being the biggest company, just in keeping the machines running and the orders filled. It is a gritty business but we take some pride in seeing the finished rolls of string stacked up and ready to go by the end of the shift.
