Advance Vacuum Flask Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located at 57-A in Anand Industrial Estate, Mohan Nagar. We’ve been here for quite some time, focusing on making flasks that actually keep things hot or cold. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. It’s got that specific smell of metal and machinery that you find in any industrial estate. We aren't a high-tech lab; we’re a factory. There is a lot of noise from the presses and the assembly lines. Our office is just a small room off to the side where we handle the orders and the payroll. We don’t have fancy furniture or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just have to walk in and find someone who isn't wearing earplugs. We make a lot of flasks, and we see them go out in big boxes every week. It’s repetitive work, but we take it seriously because nobody likes a flask that leaks. We’ve got a mix of older workers and some younger ones learning the ropes. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we all have to pitch in to fix it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure the boxes get loaded onto the trucks on time. It’s a basic, hardworking life here in Mohan Nagar and that’s fine by us. We’ve seen the estate change a lot over the years but we just keep doing our work.
