West Fitness Gym & Beauty Parlour

West Fitness Gym & Beauty Parlour is located at C-41 in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. We are in the Ext-Ii Shalimar Garden area. It’s kind of a mix here because we have the gym stuff and the beauty parlour in one place. It works out okay because people come to workout and then maybe get their hair done or something. The gym has the usual weights and machines. Sometimes they squeak a bit but we oil them. In the parlour side, we have our chairs and mirrors set up. Being in Shalimar Garden, we get a lot of regulars from the apartments nearby. It’s not a huge place but we make it work. Most days I’m here early to let the gym people in. Then the ladies start coming for the parlour later in the morning. We try to keep the music at a level where it doesn't bother everyone. Ghaziabad can get pretty busy, so this spot is a bit of a routine for many people. We don’t have big signs or anything. Just the name on the front. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some people have been coming since we started. It’s just how we do things here. We have enough equipment for a good sweat and enough supplies for a decent haircut. Nothing complicated about it. We just open up and stay until the last person leaves in the evening. There's usually a bit of a rush around 7 PM when people finish work.
