If you spend any time at the Royal Tower Market in Indirapuram, you have likely walked right past us. We are on the ground floor at shop number 6. It is a handy location for people in the neighborhood since it is right near Shipra Suncity, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Our office is usually filled with the sound of someone printing out notes or students chatting while they wait for their turn. We started Career Institute because we saw how many young people in Ghaziabad were looking for a bit of extra help with their schoolwork and exams. This is not a massive building or a chain, just a practical space where we can focus on teaching. We do not have a marketing team or anyone like that to write fancy things for us. We just focus on the daily classes and the students who show up. Some mornings are quiet, but by the afternoon, the place gets quite lively when the different batches start arriving. We have a few simple desks and some whiteboards, nothing too fancy or high-tech. People come in to ask about different courses, and we just tell them how things are. We do not try to push anyone into classes they do not actually need. It is a local business, so we know many of the parents and the people working in the nearby shops. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just keep going. It feels more like a community spot than a big, cold school.
