Edit Works School Of Mass Communication is located in Sector 62. This part of the city is full of tall buildings and corporate offices, so we fit right in among the glass and steel. Our space is usually quite loud because we have students coming in and out at all hours for their classes. There is always someone carrying a camera or talking about a project in the hallway. We have a few rooms set up for editing and some space for lectures. It is not a polished, high-end campus, but it has everything we need to teach the basics of mass communication. The carpet in the main room is a bit worn out from all the walking, and the chairs are a mix of different styles we have collected over the years. We spend a lot of time fixing cables and making sure the computers are running right. There is a small pantry where we make coffee, and it usually smells like burnt toast in the mornings. Sector 62 has a lot of places to eat, so lunch is the one time the office actually gets quiet because everyone goes out. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy entrance. People usually find us because they know someone who came here before. It is a busy, slightly chaotic environment, but that is just how a media school tends to be. We just keep our heads down and help the students learn their craft.
