Our place is over in Sector 57, at B-52. If you know the area, it's mostly industrial and quiet enough for us to get our work done. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time. We are an engineering firm, but we don’t act like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. It’s mostly just a lot of drawings, metal parts, and discussions about how to make things work better. The shop floor can get a bit noisy during the day, which is fine because that means we are actually producing something. We handle various projects, some big and some quite small, depending on who walks through the door or calls us up. There are a few of us here who have been in the trade since we were young. We learned by doing, not just by reading books. We handle the technical side of things without making it too complicated for the people we work with. If a machine breaks or a design needs a tweak, we sit down and figure it out. Sometimes we grab tea together in the afternoon to talk over a tough project. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with talk. We just focus on the engineering part and try to be fair with everyone. That's how we’ve kept going all these years.
