If you are looking for Himitex Engineers, we are on the first floor of the market building in Lohia Nagar, specifically at B-12. It’s a bit of an old building, and the stairs are kind of steep, but we’ve been here a long time and the location is good for us. Being in a market area means there is always something going on downstairs—people shouting, bikes honking, and the smell of street food. Our office is a mix of engineering drawings spread out on tables and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We do a lot of the planning and technical work here before we go out to the sites. There are only a few of us in the office, so it’s usually pretty quiet inside compared to the chaos of the market outside. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and sometimes eat our lunch when we aren't too busy. The windows don't open very well, so it can get a bit stuffy in the summer months. Most of our clients are people we have known for years, so they just come up the stairs and walk right in. We don't really have a big corporate setup; it's just a functional space where we handle the engineering business. It’s a bit worn out around the edges, but it’s our home and it works for what we do. We like the neighborhood fine enough.
