Shyam Engineering Works

Shyam Engineering Works is our small shop over in Ghukna. We are located at H-499 in Gali Number 5, which is quite close to the Shiv Mandir. If you know the area, you know the temple is the main landmark. We have been working here for many years now. It is mostly a workshop where we do welding, lathe work, and fixing up various machine parts. It’s not a very big place, and it definitely gets a bit messy with all the iron scraps and oil around, but that is just how a workshop looks. We are just a few guys who know our way around tools. Most days we start early because the heat gets bad in the afternoon. We do not have a fancy website or any of that. People usually just walk in or call us when something breaks down at their factory or home. We try to get things fixed as fast as we can. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to come from the main market, which can take a day or two. We do not make big promises, we just look at the problem and see if it can be fixed. It’s hard work and our hands are always dirty, but it keeps the lights on. The neighborhood is okay, though the street can get a bit tight when a truck comes through to drop off materials. We just keep our heads down and do the job that needs doing.
