W M Forge Ltd is located out in the Bulandshahar Road Industrial Area at C-150. This isn't a retail shop where people just wander in; it is a proper industrial site with heavy machines. The area around Bulandshahar Road is full of factories and warehouses, and we are right in the middle of it at C-150. Inside the gates, it is usually quite loud with the sound of machinery and the forging hammers hitting metal. We deal with heat and steel all day long. There is a lot of dust and the smell of hot metal in the air which you get used to after a while. The office part of the building is where we handle the orders and the logistics for the parts we make. Trucks come in and out of the yard at C-150 throughout the day to pick up shipments or drop off raw materials for us to use. It is hard work and the environment is quite rugged, but that is the nature of forging. We have a crew that has been working these machines for years and they know the sounds of the equipment. We don't have any fancy decorations or a lobby for visitors to sit in. It is just a place of work where we get things done and go home tired. The industrial area can be a bit gray and monotonous, but there is always something happening at the forge. We just focus on the production schedule. It's tough.
