We are located down in the basement of the Shilpi Arcade Complex. It’s right on the main road in Vaishali Sector 4, Ghaziabad. If you are standing opposite Ajnara Apartment, you can see the sign for the complex. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice when the kitchen is going full blast. It is a busy spot. We spend a lot of time preparing the dough and getting the food ready for the people who live and work around here. It gets quite crowded during the lunch hour and in the evenings when families come out. The space 4/14 is where we do all the cooking. It’s not a massive place, but we make it work. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit much for some people, but most don't mind it once they get inside. We have been here in Vaishali for a while now. You see the same faces every day, which is the best part of running a food place in a neighborhood like this. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. We just focus on the food and making sure everyone gets their order on time. It can get pretty loud with the pans clanging and people talking, but that’s just how it is. It’s a straightforward shop for people who want a real meal without any fuss.
