We are located on the ground floor over in Shakti Khand 3, right in the middle of Indirapuram. If you live around here, you’ve probably seen our delivery bikes weaving through the Ghaziabad traffic. The shop itself is pretty small, mostly taken up by the big ovens that stay hot all day long. It gets really sweaty in the back, especially during the dinner rush when the phone won't stop beeping with new orders. We’ve got a crew of drivers who know every shortcut in the neighborhood to avoid the main road jams. Making the dough and getting the toppings right is just something we do without thinking much about it anymore. It’s a messy job sometimes, with flour everywhere and the smell of oregano sticking to your clothes. We don’t have a fancy corporate office feel here; it’s just a local pizza joint where things are always moving. Sometimes a delivery is late because of the rain or a wrong turn, and we just have to apologize and keep going. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make pizzas and get them out the door as fast as the traffic allows. It’s a simple routine, and we’ve been doing it for a while now. The team is like a little family, mostly because we spend so much time in that small space together day after day.
