This place is out at 229, Nav Jyoti Colony in Hapur. If you’re coming from the main part of town, it’s not too hard to find. We’ve been around for a while, and the neighborhood knows us pretty well by now. The work here involves a lot of daily maintenance and making sure everything is ready for people to arrive. It’s a big area to look after, so there’s always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We have a crew that comes in early every morning before the sun gets too hot. Dealing with the weather in Uttar Pradesh is one of our biggest challenges, especially when it rains hard. The office part of the business is usually a bit chaotic with papers and schedules for the staff. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, things just pile up. We aren't some big city corporate office. We’re just local people working here in Hapur. Most of us have lived in the area our whole lives. You’ll see us walking around in our work clothes, probably carrying a tool or a clipboard. We just want to make sure the day goes smoothly for everyone who comes through the gates.
