Virndawan Tubes Ltd.

The sun comes up over Hapur Road and we get the gates open at No. 14. It is usually pretty quiet in Jindal Nagar that early, but the trucks start rolling in soon enough. We have been here for a while now, just doing what we do with the tubes. There is a lot of dust that settles on everything by noon. My desk is covered in papers and some old coffee rings, but that is how it goes when you are busy. Most days are just about checking the inventory and making sure the loading goes okay. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, like when it rains and the yard gets all muddy. We spend a lot of time just moving things from one side to the other. It is not a fancy place, just some walls and a roof and a lot of metal. People around here know us as the place near the main stretch. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a small office where we sit and talk to the drivers. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it is just the sound of the metal clanging outside. We try to keep things organized but with so many different sizes of tubes, it gets messy fast. You just learn to live with the noise. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down again.
