You can find us at Plot No. 22/12 on the southside of the G.T. Road in the industrial area. Being right next to the G.T. Road means there is a constant roar of traffic and trucks honking their horns. It’s a very industrial setting. There’s a lot of iron and concrete around us. We run the chemical business from here, and it’s mostly about managing the large vats and the storage tanks. The yard is usually full of empty drums waiting to be filled or loaded. It’s not a clean or pretty place, but it’s where the work gets done. We have a small office space at the front where we keep the records and take the orders. The walls are a bit stained and the furniture is old, but it’s functional. We don't worry about looking polished for visitors because most of our business happens over the phone or at the loading dock. The guys on the floor are usually covered in some kind of dust or liquid by the end of the shift. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the metal roof. We just focus on getting the chemicals processed and out to the customers who need them. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense environment. We’ve been at this plot for years and we know every crack in the floor. It’s just home for Varuna Chemicals.
