Asian Chemicals

Our place, Asian Chemicals, is situated at 159/1 in Bagh Bhatiyari, which is part of the Kirana Mandi area near G.T. Road. This part of town is always busy with trucks and traders, so it’s a very functional environment to work in. We don't have a retail storefront with pretty displays; instead, our space is filled with drums, containers, and bags of various industrial chemicals. We mostly supply these to other businesses or people who need them for specific types of work. A lot of our day is spent checking on orders, talking to suppliers, and making sure everything is where it needs to be. The air around the mandi is a mix of all sorts of smells, from spices to the chemicals we handle. It’s a dusty, hands-on kind of job, and we’re usually dressed for work rather than for show. We’ve been at this G.T. Road location for quite some time, so we know the other shopkeepers and wholesalers in the area. The traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially when we’re trying to move stock in or out, but that’s just part of being in this location. Our office is just a small corner of the warehouse where we keep the records and handle the paperwork. People know us because we’ve been around and we just provide what they ask for without any fuss. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
