You will find Nice Chemicals Private Limited over in Panchsheel Colony. We are on Chippiyana Road, near the Lal Kuan area. It’s a busy, dusty part of town with a lot of small businesses squeezed together. Our building is nothing special to look at. It’s just a place where we store and mix various chemical products. We have rows of plastic drums and glass bottles stacked up on metal racks in the back. The smell of the chemicals is quite sharp when you first walk in, but we have gotten used to it over time. We have a small office area where we keep the bills and the delivery logs. The road outside is often broken or under repair, which makes it hard for the delivery trucks to reach us sometimes. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the lids are tight so nothing leaks. We are a small team and everyone does a bit of everything. One person might be doing the paperwork and then helping load a truck ten minutes later. We don't do any big advertising or marketing. Most of our customers have been buying from us for a long time.
