Vardhman Engineering Works

Our workshop is located at 72/10B, right in Lane No. 6 of the Rajinder Nagar Industrial Area. If you come looking for us, look for the sign that’s a bit faded from the sun. Vardhman Engineering Works is a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. We’ve got various machines taking up most of the floor space, and there’s always a project half-finished on one of the benches. It’s a bit cluttered with scraps and tools that haven't been put back yet. We try to stay organized, but when things get busy, that’s usually the first thing to go. The air always smells a bit like ozone and cut steel. We don't have a sales team or any brochures to hand out. Usually, if someone needs something engineered or fixed, they just walk into the lane and find us by the noise. We’ve known the guys in Lane No. 6 for years, and we often borrow tools from each other when something breaks down or when we are short on something. The work is steady and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening. Sometimes we stay late when a job is proving to be difficult. We don't put on any acts here. It’s just a group of us working with machines in a part of town that’s built for exactly that. It’s loud, it’s messy, but it’s where we belong.
