Unique Innovations

We’re located over in Shipra Sun City, specifically at 52B. If you know Indirapuram, you know it’s a packed area with a lot of energy and people. Unique Innovations has been here for a bit, tucked away in this part of Ghaziabad. It’s a mix of homes and offices around here, so it doesn't feel too stiff or corporate, which we appreciate. We like the vibe of the neighborhood because it feels real. Our office is a modest space where we sit down and try to figure things out. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone telling us how we should look professional. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the elevators in these buildings are a bit slow or they are being repaired, so we take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. You’ll usually find us surrounded by papers, drawings, and computers. We take our breaks at the local tea stalls nearby for a quick snack or some hot chai. It’s a very human way to work. We’ve had some good years here and seen the area grow up and change around us. It’s not always perfect—sometimes the traffic on the main road is a complete nightmare in the evenings—but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else right now. We’re just a small team doing our thing in a busy city. Nothing more to it than that, really. We just show up and do what needs to be done.
