Applied Hr Services is tucked away at 288 G in Nyay Khand II. Indirapuram is a busy neighborhood in Ghaziabad, and it feels like there is always something going on right outside our door. We spend most of our time here going through resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and computers and a lot of paper. It gets a bit chaotic on Mondays when everyone is trying to catch up on emails from the weekend. We have a small pantry area where the kettle lives, and that is probably the most popular spot in the office. The commute here can be a bit of a headache because of the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is a local business and we know a lot of the people around this part of Indirapuram. We don't use any fancy systems, just our phones and the internet. It is a bit noisy with the construction happening nearby, but we just turn up the radio a little. We are just a group of people working hard to help others find a spot in the workforce while navigating life in Ghaziabad.
