Turning Engineering Company

Our place is located at Plot No. 166 in Mohan Nagar. Being near G.T. Road means there is always a lot of noise and traffic nearby, but inside the shop, we are focused on the lathes. Turning Engineering Company is basically a workshop where we spend the day turning metal. It isn’t a glamorous job. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by noon. We sweep up when we can, but it’s a constant battle. The building itself is an older one, but it holds all our equipment just fine. Some days are hotter than others, especially in the summer when the air feels heavy inside. We have a few fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. Still, the work gets finished. We’ve seen Mohan Nagar change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening up and others closing, but we’ve stayed right here. Most of our regulars just drop by because they know where we are. We don't do much advertising because there isn't really a need for it when you've been in the same spot for this long. If someone needs something turned or machined, they just walk in. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. Just work clothes that can get dirty. It’s a basic setup, really. We just show up, do the jobs that come in, and go home when the sun goes down.
