Tosi Communication

Tosi Communication is located in the Saheed Nagar area of Ghaziabad City, at C-22. This part of the city is always moving fast. Our shop is just a small unit on the ground floor. I have been running it for a few years now. It is mostly a one-man show. I deal with mobile recharges, SIM cards, and basic accessories. The shop is nothing fancy, just a counter and some glass cases. I usually have the radio playing in the background to keep me company. Saheed Nagar is a crowded place, and sometimes the noise from the street is so loud I have to raise my voice to talk to customers. My family lives nearby, so I go home for lunch and my cousin sits at the shop for an hour. It is a simple arrangement. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. I keep a register to write down the daily sales, and it is mostly full of small entries. The address C-22 is on a side lane, so it is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice. I like the people here; they are mostly working-class folks who just want their phones to work without any trouble. That is what we do here every day in Ghaziabad City without making a big fuss about it. We just keep our head down and work.
