We are right in the middle of the Jhandapur Main Market in Sahibabad, where Jaiswal Communication is at number 245. The market is always loud and full of energy, with vendors calling out and people rushing to get their shopping done before dark. Our shop is a small unit among many others. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the market change around us. At 245, we mostly deal with phone recharges, new SIM cards, and small repairs that don't take too long. The shop is usually a bit cramped because we have a lot of display units in a tight area. There is always someone coming in to ask about a data plan or why their phone isn't vibrating anymore. We have a small stool for customers to sit on, but most people just stand by the counter while we work. The walls are plastered with posters for different network providers. It gets very busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work and stop by the market. We don't have any corporate polishing here; it’s just a regular shop in a busy market. The lights are bright so we can see the small parts when we are working. We enjoy the hustle of the Jhandapur Main Market. It keeps us on our toes throughout the day. Sometimes we have to shout over the noise of the street just to be heard by the customers. It is just the way it is here at number 245.
