Swadeshi Steels

Swadeshi Steels is located over at Plot No. B-186 on Hapur Road, right in the Lohia Nagar area. This is a very busy part of the city with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. We mostly deal with steel products like bars and sheets that are used for construction and fabrication. The yard is usually quite loud because of the metal clanging together when we move things around with the machinery. It’s a dusty environment and we all wear heavy boots to keep our feet safe from the sharp edges. We open the gates early so the morning deliveries can get through before the traffic on Hapur Road gets too bad. Most of the people we talk to are contractors or small workshop owners who need a few pieces of steel for a job they are doing. We don’t spend much time on the phone or computer; we are usually out on the floor making sure the orders are right. Lohia Nagar has a lot of businesses like ours, so we are part of a big community of people who work with their hands. There is nothing fancy about our setup. It’s just a big plot with a lot of metal and some hardworking guys trying to get the job done. We’ve been here for a while and we know how to handle the heavy stuff without making too much of a fuss about it.
