Sunshine Marbles & Granites

Our place, Sunshine Marbles & Granites, is over in Vasundhara, right on the Main Link Road. We’re at Khasra No. 464/4 in Sector 12, which is almost directly opposite the Sabji Mandi. Being near the vegetable market means it gets very crowded in the mornings, and the air is always full of noise and activity. It’s a handy location because everyone knows where the mandi is. We have a lot of granite and marble stacked up in our yard. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the inventory, but we make it work. We spend most of our time out in the heat, showing the different slabs to people who are building houses nearby in Sahibabad or Vasundhara. There’s no air-conditioned office here; we mostly just sit where we can and talk shop. The stones come in all different sizes and we have to be careful when we’re moving them with the crane. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the paperwork because we’re too busy out in the yard, but that’s just how it goes. People seem to appreciate that we’re just straightforward about what we have. We don’t try to dress things up. You see the stone, you check the quality, and we help you get it onto your truck. It’s a simple way of doing business that has worked for us for quite a while now.
