Sunmak Construction

We have our office at SF-214 in the RDC area. It’s one of those spots where you can always see new buildings going up nearby. We are Sunmak Construction, but don’t expect a big corporate headquarters. It’s a functional space with some blueprints on the walls and files stacked on the desks. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so the office isn't always full of people. When we are here, it’s mostly about coordinating things and making sure we have what we need for the next job. RDC is a busy hub, so there’s a lot of traffic and people moving around outside all the time. Finding a parking spot can be a pain sometimes. We aren’t big on talking ourselves up; we just handle the construction side of things. There’s usually some dust on the floor from boots coming back from sites. We have a small table for meetings, but mostly we just talk over the desk. It’s a straightforward environment without any bells and whistles. We’ve been operating out of this second-floor unit for some time now and it suits us just fine. Sometimes we stay late to finish paperwork, and the building gets quiet. It’s just the way it goes when you’re trying to keep projects moving. We have a small coffee machine in the corner which gets a lot of use during the long mornings before we head out.
