We’ve been here for quite some time, dealing in various items that people need for their daily lives or their own businesses. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find exactly what a customer is asking for, but we have our own system that works for us. We don't have fancy display cases or bright spotlights. It’s more about having the right stock at a fair price. We deal with a lot of wholesalers and also local people who just need a few things. The mornings are usually spent unloading new stock and trying to make space for it. It’s a bit of a puzzle every day. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the rush hours. Turab Nagar is a competitive place, so we just focus on doing our work honestly and keeping our regulars happy. We don't make big promises. We just tell you what we have and what it costs. We usually open by ten and stay open late.
