Sundersons Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is based at C-119 in the Bulandshahar Road Industrial Area, Site-1. Being in an industrial area means it’s always loud and there’s a lot of smoke and dust in the air. Our place is basically a large shed where the engineering happens. We’ve been here for years, and the floor is worn down from all the heavy machinery being moved around. We do a lot of metal work and fabrication. It’s hot, sweaty work most of the time, especially in the summer. We don’t have an air-conditioned office; we just have a small corner with a desk where we keep the drawings and the phone. Most of the time, you’ll find us out on the floor with the welders and the lathes. We don't bother with corporate talk or fancy presentations. If a client needs a piece of equipment built, we look at the plans and tell them if we can do it. We’ve had the same guys working here for a decade, so we know each other's habits pretty well. The gate squeaks when you open it and there’s always a pile of scrap metal out back that we need to clear out eventually. We just focus on making sure the parts we make are solid and done on time. It’s a basic operation without any frills. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the actual engineering instead of the paperwork.
