Our office is located at 1002 Kailash Tower in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. We are under the Steel Authority Of India Ltd name and we’ve been in this tower for a good while. It’s a decent spot right on the edge of the city, making it easy to get into Delhi if we need to. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have a lot of windows, which is nice, but mostly we are looking at our computer screens or stacks of papers. We deal with the commercial side of things, making sure the steel gets to where the customers are. It can be a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and through emails. We don't have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the work done. The people here are straightforward and don't have much time for corporate jargon. We talk about tons of steel, delivery dates, and prices. That’s our world. We’ve got a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. It’s a steady job and we take pride in doing it well without making a big deal out of it. If you’re coming to see us, just head up to the tenth floor of Kailash Tower. We are usually here until the sun goes down, trying to make sure the orders are on track. It keeps us on our toes.
