We are over in Ghaziabad, specifically at A-108 in the Kalyani Apartments. This is Sector 6 in Vasundhara. Steel Authority Of India Ltd uses this space as a local base. It’s an apartment-style setup, which makes it feel a lot less stiff than a regular office building. We’ve got our desks set up and we keep the files organized as best we can. The area is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of an industrial zone. We handle various tasks here, mostly involving the coordination of supplies and keeping track of the local accounts. It’s a small group of us, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There isn't a dedicated receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We like it that way because it’s more personal. We don't have any fancy signs or big displays. We just have our work and a place to do it. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the UP traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s just a practical spot for us to manage the steel business without a lot of fuss. We focus on the everyday details and try to keep everything running smoothly for the company. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the lights on and the steel moving.
