Spice Hotspot

Spice Hotspot is on the G.T. Road in Patel Nagar-2. We are right at the start, at number one. Being on the G.T. Road means we see a lot of people and cars passing by all the time. It’s a very noisy and busy place to work. We sell mobile phones and different gadgets. It is a small shop with glass counters where we keep the latest models we can get. I have been running this place for some years now. We aren't like those big fancy stores you see in the posh malls. It’s just me and one helper. We spend our day showing different phones to customers and explaining the features. Sometimes people come in just to get a screen guard or a new cover for their old phone. The air in Patel Nagar is always a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so I have to wipe the glass every few hours. We don't have any corporate training or scripts. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them find a phone that fits their budget. It’s a lot of standing around during the day. In the evenings, it gets very crowded when people are coming back from work. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets what they need without any extra drama or long waits.
