Sml Metal Buildings Pvt Ltd is located in Ghaziabad, specifically at 238-B Regent inside Shipra Suncity in Indirapuram. Indirapuram is a very busy residential area, so having an office here is actually quite convenient for a lot of different reasons. We are not located in a typical industrial park, even though we deal with metal buildings and structures. Our office is more of a base where we do all the planning and talk to people about their projects. It is tucked away in the Regent section of the Suncity complex. You can see the tall apartment blocks all around us. The office itself is pretty simple and functional. We have a few desks, some samples of the materials we use, and a lot of drawings of buildings we have worked on over the years. It is a small team here, so we do not have a lot of formality. We usually have the radio on or people are just chatting while they work on their designs. Getting to Indirapuram can be a bit of a slow crawl through traffic if you are coming from Delhi or other parts of Ghaziabad, but it is a good spot once you finally arrive. We do not put on any airs about being a big corporation. We just focus on the structures we are supposed to be designing and making sure the details are right. It is a practical, everyday kind of workplace.
