Smb Engineering Works

Our workshop is at Plot No- 3/1/9 in Site 4, which is right in the middle of the Sahibabad industrial area. If you know this part of town, you know it’s mostly just factories and big trucks parked everywhere. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The shed is large enough for our heavy equipment, but it still feels small when we have a big order. There’s always the smell of oil and burnt metal in the air. My uncle started this place, and I took over after I finished school. We have a crew of five men who handle the welding and the lathes. They’re good workers, even if they show up late sometimes. We don’t have a fancy sign, just the name painted on the gate. The road outside is full of potholes, especially when it rains, and everything gets muddy. We spend most of our time just fixing things that people bring in from other nearby plants. It’s a lot of manual labor. We don't use fancy software or anything, just hands-on work. Lunch is usually just tiffin boxes in the corner. We keep the doors open for the breeze, but it doesn't help much in June. It’s just a regular engineering shop doing what we can with the machines we have. No big plans, just finishing the work day by day and making sure the machines are oiled up for the next morning.
