Sizzling Cuisine

Sizzling Cuisine is over on Ambedkar Road in Ghaziabad. We are right opposite Santosh Hospital near the old bus stand. People usually find us when they are heading toward the station or finishing up errands around there. It's just a regular spot where we cook. We've been at this 201001 location for a bit now. There isn't much fancy about it, just the stove going and tables ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside, but that is just how it is here. We try to keep things moving so nobody waits too long. Most folks know the area well since the hospital is a big landmark. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a place to get some food. If you are near the bus stand, you might have seen the sign. It is a busy street but we stay open. We focus on the kitchen work mostly. Every day is different, some days are quiet and others are packed with people from the neighborhood. We just do what we do. You can find us easily if you look for the hospital across the way. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, just us here working. The chairs are simple and we keep the floor clean. It's a local thing. People come in, eat, and go about their day. Ghaziabad is always moving and we are just a small part of that.
