Singhal Steels

Singhal Steels is located at Shop No.135 right in the middle of Navyug Market. It is a small shop but we keep it packed with as much steel as we can fit on the racks. The market is always buzzing with people, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out doing their errands. We have been in this spot for several years now. Most of our day is spent talking to people who come in looking for specific types of steel for their repairs or building projects. It’s a lot of manual work, moving pipes and bars around so we can reach what the customer needs. The shop doesn't have air conditioning, so we keep the fans going all day long to stay cool. We know most of the other shopkeepers in Navyug Market, and we often help each other out when someone needs a hand. It’s a nice community to be part of. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or see our sign when they are walking through the market. We keep a simple ledger for our sales and try to stay organized, though it gets a bit cluttered when a new shipment arrives. It is a basic setup, but it works for us. We are usually here from early morning until the market starts to wind down in the evening. We just focus on managing the stock we have and making sure people get what they came for.
