Shri Balaji Teleocme

Shri Balaji Teleocme is our little spot on G.T. Road. It’s a busy location because the road is always packed with traffic and people moving between cities. We've got our shop set up here at S.K. 1st, number 17. It's a simple setup with mobile recharges, some new phones, and a lot of cables. Dealing with customers all day can be tiring, but it's what we do. The noise from G.T. Road never really stops, so we’ve learned to talk a bit louder. We aren't some high-end showroom. We just have what people need for their phones. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to use a battery backup just to keep the lights on. My brother helps me out most days, and we just take turns at the counter. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we first opened. More shops have popped up, but we have our regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They trust us because we’ve been here a long time. We don't use big words or fancy slogans. We just sell the stuff and try to help people figure out their phone settings if they're stuck. It's not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and keeps us connected to the people in this part of town. We just keep the shop open and hope for the best every morning and stay until the shutters go down at night.
