Shivendra Food Counter

Shivendra Food Counter sits right in the middle of the Galleria Market at Crossing Republic. You have to head up to the second floor to find us at Shop Number 11. Most people in Ghaziabad know how busy this market gets, especially on the weekends when everyone is out with their families. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing and serving food to whoever walks in. It isn't a huge place, just a regular counter where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the mall gets a bit noisy, but that’s just how it is around here. We see a lot of the same faces from the nearby apartments. It's mostly locals who stop by while they are doing their chores or after they’ve finished their grocery shopping downstairs. The second floor can be a bit quieter than the ground level, but we like it that way. We don't really do anything fancy or complicated. It’s just us working behind the counter, making sure there is something ready for the lunch rush or the evening crowd. Dealing with the daily deliveries and the heat in the kitchen keeps us pretty busy most days. If you are walking around Galleria and feel like a bite, you’ll see our sign. We just keep the place clean and focus on the orders. There isn't much more to it than that, just a local spot in a busy part of town.
