Shan Mobile Communication

Located in Vijay Nagar Sector 11, our shop is at A-622g. It’s a small place but we keep a lot of stuff inside. You will see racks of memory cards, earphones, and many different kinds of screen guards. We spend a lot of time putting those glass protectors on phones, trying to make sure no bubbles get trapped underneath. The street outside is always noisy with bikes and people walking to the market. We do a lot of recharges for different networks. Often, people come in with older phones that need a new battery or just a good cleaning. We have some second-hand handsets too for people who don't want to spend too much. It gets hot in the afternoon, so we have a small fan that stays on the whole time. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to chat for a bit while we work. We don't have any fancy displays, just glass counters with the phones laid out. If a phone is beyond repair, we tell the customer straight. It’s better to be honest about it. We’ve seen many mobile shops come and go in Vijay Nagar, but we just keep doing our thing here. Every day is different depending on who walks through the door. Some days we are fixing screens all day, other days we just sell a few cables. It’s just a normal shop in the middle of the colony.
