Shahi Dawat

Shahi Dawat is situated over in Ghaziabad, specifically at Plot Number 883a in Vaishali Sector 5. We are on the upper ground floor, so you have to walk up a few steps to get inside. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for people to sit down and have a meal without feeling too cramped. We are right near Paras Hospital, which means we get a lot of people coming in who are visiting family or working long shifts there. They usually look pretty tired, so we just try to get them their food quickly so they can get back to what they were doing. The area around Sector 5 is usually pretty packed with cars, and finding parking can be a real pain some days. We just worry about what is happening inside our four walls. The kitchen is simple and we keep things basic. I usually spend most of my time making sure the supplies are coming in on time and the floor is swept. It’s not a corporate setup at all. It’s just a few of us working here every day of the week. Sometimes the sink leaks or a light bulb goes out, and we just fix it ourselves and move on. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or marketing. We just cook the food and hope people like it enough to come back when they are in the neighborhood again. It gets the job done and keeps us busy.
