Seth Engineering Works

You can find Seth Engineering Works out at C-71/3 on B.S. Road. We are right in the industrial area near G.T. Road, so there is always a lot of heavy traffic and dust flying around. It’s a proper industrial setting, which suits the kind of work we do. We’ve got a good-sized workshop where we handle fabrication and various engineering jobs. The building has been here for years, and you can see the age in the brickwork and the old heavy doors. Inside, it’s all about the machines. We have lathes and welding gear, and there is usually a lot of sparks flying in one corner or another. It’s a hot place to work, especially during the summer when the tin roof picks up all the heat, but we have a couple of big fans that help a bit. Most of our workers have been with us since the start. We know each other's families and we look out for one another. We don't do any fancy marketing or have a polished showroom. People know us because they’ve seen our work or heard about us from other shop owners in the industrial area. We just take on the jobs that come through the gate and try to get them done right. It’s a gritty, hard-working environment, but there is a lot of satisfaction in finishing a difficult repair.
