Select Engineering Works

We are located at 1/1186, Baba Nagar, right on the Sector-19 Road. It’s a corner of the city that is always moving. Our workshop is where we do all our engineering tasks. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with metal scraps and various tools lying around, but we know where everything is. We have a few big machines that take up most of the floor space. The sounds of grinding and welding are pretty constant throughout the day. We don't have a big sign out front, just the number and the name on the door. People find us because they need something made or fixed. We’ve been on Sector-19 Road for quite a while now. The shop gets a bit cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, but we just keep working through it. We don't have a staff of people in offices; we are all out in the shop getting our hands dirty. It’s a practical place for practical work. Sometimes customers bring in a drawing on a piece of scrap paper and we go from there. We don't use any high-tech systems for our day-to-day stuff. It is all about the skill of the hands and knowing how the machines behave. We take it one day at a time and just try to do a decent job on whatever comes in. It is not always easy, but it is what we do.
