Sandeep Bangle Store

You can find us in Chuni Galli, which is off Musarpur Road. We are quite close to the old Bharat Talkies. The lane is narrow, so it’s mostly people walking by rather than cars. Our shop is full of glass bangles in every color you can imagine. We spend a lot of time arranging them on the rods so they look nice. If you drop one, it’s gone, so we have to be very careful when we’re moving things around. The sound of the movies from Bharat Talkies used to drift over here, but things are a bit different now. Still, the area is lively. We have regular customers who come from all over just to see what new patterns we’ve got in stock. Sometimes the sunlight hits the glass in the window and makes colors dance all over the walls. It’s a small space, so when we get more than three or four people inside, it feels very full. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Just the bangles and a few small bulbs so people can see the shades properly. We eat our lunch in the back of the shop while listening to the radio. It’s a simple life running a bangle store. We enjoy seeing the joy people get when they find the perfect set for a wedding or a festival. It keeps us busy and the day goes by fast here in Chuni Galli.
