Lakshmi Gupta

Working out of Ghaziabad Kaushambi, Lakshmi Gupta is basically a small operation. It’s not a big company with a lot of departments. It’s mostly just a direct way of handling things. The office space in Kaushambi is convenient because it’s easy to get to, and it’s a decent area to work in. Most days start with checking messages and seeing what needs to be sorted out first. There is a lot of back and forth with people, mostly on the phone or through emails. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s more of a personal setup. The desk is usually covered in folders and notebooks because I still like writing things down by hand. It feels more real that way. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when you need to concentrate on a difficult task. I’ve lived and worked around here for a while, so I know the local shops and where to get the best lunch. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. It’s more about taking the time to do things properly without a lot of fuss. Sometimes friends or old clients drop by just to say hello, and we end up chatting for a bit over a cup of tea. It’s a very human way to run a business. No complicated systems, just straightforward work from a small office in Ghaziabad. That is how things happen here every day and it works fine.
