You can find Saluja Caterers at 161, Main Shyam Park. We are situated right across from the National Public School, which makes us pretty easy to locate if you are in the area. We have been operating from this same spot in Ghaziabad for quite a long time. The building is usually full of activity, especially when we are getting things ready for a large event. We are not a big corporate chain with lots of branches. We are just a local business where we handle all the details ourselves. The kitchen is where the real work happens and it stays pretty hot and loud when the big orders are being prepared. We do not bother with expensive advertisements or catchy slogans. We just focus on the cooking and making sure we have enough clean plates and cutlery for everyone. Shyam Park is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our doors. We have seen many other businesses come and go over the years, but we have managed to stay right here. Our team is small and many of them have worked with us for a long time, so we have a good system down. We spend a lot of our time on the road moving equipment to different venues.
