Saifi Steel

You can find Saifi Steel at Shop No 3 in Tehri Garden. We are located right by Sujroo Chungi on the Meerut Road. Being on the main road means there is a constant stream of traffic passing by the front of the shop. It’s a noisy spot, but it’s good because people can see we are here. The shop itself is small, but we pack a lot into it. We spend the day dealing with various steel pieces and helping customers who pull over from the Meerut Road traffic. Sujroo Chungi is a busy landmark, so we usually just tell people to look for that. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just metal and the tools we need to get things done. We don't have any air conditioning or fancy carpets, just a concrete floor and some stools to sit on when we take a break. The heat in the summer can be tough, but we just keep the water bottle close and keep working. We’ve been in this part of Tehri Garden for a while and we know the other shop owners nearby. It’s a community of people just trying to get their work done and go home at the end of the day. We don't use any big words to describe what we do, we just work with steel and try to stay busy. Some days the dust from the road is a bit much, but you just get on with it.
