Sai Shudh Dhaba

You’ll find Sai Shudh Dhaba right on the Main GT Road in Ghaziabad, specifically in the Lalkuan area. If you’ve ever driven on this highway, you know how busy it gets with trucks and cars going back and forth all day and night. We are right there in the middle of it. A dhaba like ours is meant for people who are on the road and need a solid meal. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy napkins. It’s just wooden tables, benches, and the smell of food cooking in the back. Most of our customers are drivers who have been behind the wheel for hours. They just want to sit down, eat something filling, and maybe have a cup of tea before they move on. We stay open late because the road never really sleeps. Our kitchen is simple, and the menu doesn’t change much. We make the same things we’ve been making for years because that’s what people ask for. It’s a bit dusty because of the highway, and it gets loud with the horns, but that’s just how life is on the GT Road. We are just a small team of people trying to keep the place running. There’s no big boss in a suit here. We all pitch in where we can, whether it’s serving food or cleaning up the tables. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be here.
